Wu Jiaye, male, born in April 1970, graduated from the Department of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering at Tsinghua University with a major in Geotechnical Engineering in 1996. He is one of the first batch of direct doctoral students at Tsinghua University, a nationally registered geotechnical engineer, a bridge testing engineer, a leading talent of the National Ten Thousand Talents Plan, an outstanding enterprise in Sichuan Province, and an outstanding expert with outstanding contributions in Sichuan Province. I am currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Southwest Petroleum University, and the dean of the Institute of Intelligent Engineering Equipment and Systems; Adjunct Professor at the School of Civil Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University, and Professor of Industry Education Integration Industry at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; Chairman of Sichuan Shengtuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd.

Professor Wu Jiaye studied and worked in Japan from 1996 to 2007, dedicated to engineering testing, health monitoring, and intelligent building and maintenance technology research. He has published and published over a hundred monographs, textbooks, academic papers, authorized invention patents, and participated in the compilation of standard procedures, and has received more than ten provincial-level scientific and technological awards. Scientific research achievements are widely applied in fields such as transportation, railways, construction, and water conservancy. Published over 60 professional academic papers in high-level journals both domestically and internationally, including over 30 papers published as the first author; As the first inventor, authorized 32 invention patents, 20 utility model patents, and 3 design patents; Published 2 monographs and 7 textbooks. Three research achievements, including the research and development of an intelligent guarantee system for engineering quality and safety based on non-destructive testing technology, have been identified as internationally leading technological levels, while another eight research achievements have been identified as internationally advanced technological levels.

Professor Wu Jiaye has won multiple honorary awards, including the China Patent Award, provincial-level scientific and technological progress awards in Beijing, Sichuan, Fujian, Zhejiang, Shanxi, etc., the Dayu Water Conservancy Science and Technology Award, the China Highway Society Science and Technology Award, and the National Municipal Engineering Science and Technology Award. Among them, 1 first prize and 4 second prizes were awarded for provincial-level scientific and technological progress.
