The elastic wave signal is continuously excited along the surface of the test object, and the signal will be reflected when a loose medium such as a cavity is encountered. Identify internal defects of the structure by extracting the reflected signal and performing corresponding image processing.
In the medical field, CT (Computer Tomography) is a very effective non-destructive testing technology. The principle of the elastic wave CT we developed is basically the same as that of the medical CT. The difference is that the medium used is elastic wave instead of X-ray. The parameters used are not only attenuated but also have a wave speed.
With the virtual multi-channel technology, the two channels (1 round and 1 receiving) that are standard on the instrument can be expanded to any number of channels (1 to more than one), so that the function of the device can be fully utilized, and the accuracy of the test can be further improved.
