    China Engineering Construction Standards Association standards "Technical Regulations for Nondestructive Testing of Prestressed Hole Grouting Compactness" and "Technical Regulations for Detecting Concrete Defects by Impact Stress Wave Method" were established and the first working meeting was held in Beijing on November 7, 2018. Eleven representatives from China Metallurgical Research Institute Co., Ltd., Beijing Railway Engineering Testing Center, Sichuan Shengtuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing University of Science and Technology, Zhonglu Hi-Tech Traffic Inspection and Testing Co., Ltd. and other units attended the meeting.
     

      

    The meeting was chaired by Zhang Jibin, director of the MCC Bridge and Tunnel Inspection Center, and the participants listened to the report of the preliminary investigation and preparation of the standard, and exchanged the current pre-stressed channel grouting compactness quality, the status of concrete defect detection technology and the existing research , Clarified the division of labor and the progress of standard preparation, and put forward opinions and suggestions on how to prepare standards.
     
     
     
    At the meeting, our company's technical high engineer He Dong introduced the use of the impact elastic wave method to detect the prestressed hole grouting quality and concrete defects, which can not only overcome the defects of traditional detection methods, but also provide technical support for engineering quality inspection. At the same time, the research history and results of AI analysis in the later stage of grouting detection are shared.
