    With the continuous growth of the country's infrastructure construction and holdings, quality and safety have attracted much attention. In order to improve the detection technology level of relevant practitioners in the national highway and water transportation, construction, railway, municipal and other industries, understand and master the current international and domestic advanced detection methods, promote the practitioners' comprehensive and systematic learning of engineering non-destructive testing technologies, and strengthen the Communicate with each other to ensure the quality of the project construction, so as to practically solve the technical and difficult problems encountered by all units. At the request of relevant units and personnel, after research, our company, in conjunction with Guizhou Transportation Vocational Technical College and Shi Dawei Master Studio, organized the "Guizhou Jiaotong Vocational College National Training Project Promotion and Testing Technology Exchange Training Seminar" on September 4, 2019. -5th held at Guizhou Transportation Vocational Technical College as scheduled. This training course was hosted by Chen Xiuxiu, head of sales of Sichuan Shengtuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd., and more than 100 leaders, experts and testing colleagues from the province participated in this training exchange meeting.

     

    This training course is a combination of theoretical teaching and practical operation. Theoretical study courses mainly include non-destructive testing technology and AI application of key performance of prestressed concrete bridges, application of non-destructive testing technology of impact elastic wave in engineering structure testing, new technology of concrete structure defect and strength testing, non-destructive testing technology of concrete pouring ), Internet of Things monitoring technology, new detection technology and method comparison courses.

     

     

     

    In addition to theoretical study, the training class also arranged a wealth of practical exercises. In the classroom of the theoretical training classroom, the most advanced testing equipment was displayed for students to visit and try out, and professional technicians were provided for operation demonstration and guidance.
     
     
     
    After theoretical study, all the students came to the practice base of Guizhou Transportation Vocational and Technical College for practical observation and learning. This training course has a wealth of practical observation items, including effective prestress testing under anchors, grouting density testing of prestressed channels, steel Inspection of buried fence column depth, anchor rod length detection, IoT monitoring dynamic model, etc. Through the teacher's live explanations and operation demonstrations, the students combined theoretical knowledge with practice, more intuitively learned the detection methods, processes, and on-site considerations, and had a deeper understanding of the learned theoretical knowledge.
     
     
     
    After two days of enriching learning, this training course came to a successful conclusion.
