    The conference was hosted by the Road and Bridge Engineering Professional Steering Committee of the National Transportation Vocational Education and Teaching Steering Committee, the National Road and Bridge Vocational Education Group, and organized by Nanjing Vocational College of Transportation. Zhang Meina, Secretary of the Road and Bridge Engineering Professional Steering Committee of the National Transportation Vocational Education and Teaching Steering Committee and Director of the Project Management Office of the Transportation College of Liaoning Province; Professor Yang Yiming, Deputy Dean of Nanjing Vocational College of Transportation; Deputy Chief Engineer of China Construction Design Group Co., Ltd. Liu Yalou, a researcher-level senior engineer; Professor Jiang Ling, the dean of the Nanjing University of Transportation and Technology and the Port and Shipping Engineering College; and Professor Wu Jiayu, chairman of Sichuan Shengtuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd., attended the opening ceremony.

    About 200 people from industry experts, leaders and testing colleagues participated in this meeting. The training is organized to promote the comprehensive and systematic study of engineering non-destructive testing technology for transportation practitioners, improve the professional knowledge and skills of relevant personnel in the work, and strengthen mutual exchanges and learning between units.

    From April 16th to 17th, the theoretical courses were full of dry goods, providing students with a wealth of knowledge. On the afternoon of April 17, the conference team led the trainees to the road and bridge and the port and shipping engineering training base jointly constructed by Nanjing Vocational College of Transportation, Jiangsu Jiaotong, and Shengtuo to conduct practical observation and learning. In order to provide a better practical experience and ensure the learning effect, training is based on the needs of industry units to develop a training work plan for testing professional and technical personnel, and to carry out professional, technical and personnel training in a planned, targeted, and effective manner.

     

     

    Knowledge consolidation is focused on practice. The main contents of this training include: borehole grouting compactness quality detection technology; reverse tension effective prestress detection technology; impact elastic wave-based concrete structure (thickness, defect, strength, crack) detection technology; subgrade rebound modulus detection technology ; Steel fence rail column buried depth detection technology; anchor length detection technology; foundation pile low strain detection technology. Shengtuo Testing provided the training demonstration equipment and related technical support for this training. The training course set up the operation of the equipment and equipment, with professional commentators to solve the students' various questions about the instrument and the testing environment. The trainees more intuitively understand and learn on-site detection methods and procedures, and have a deeper understanding of the theoretical knowledge learned.

     

     

     

    The training has updated and supplemented the knowledge of engineering testing technology, strengthened the professional knowledge of engineering testing personnel, built a platform for testing personnel to communicate with industry experts, and laid a solid foundation for engineering testing.
     
    At present, Shengtuo Testing has successively conducted teacher training in a number of transportation vocational colleges across the country, and has achieved good results. In the future, the company will continue to strengthen training, improve technical level, enhance service awareness, build industry communication and learning platforms, and jointly promote industry development.
