    Recently, our company's patent “Inspection equipment and method for measuring the buried depth of steel pipe columns using impact elastic waves (patent number: ZL 200610003437.6)” was selected as the 2018 major scientific and technological innovation achievement database of transportation.

    Corrugated beam steel guardrail is the most common safety facility used on highways. The fence post is the main load-bearing component of the fence. Whether the buried depth of the column can meet the design requirements directly determines whether the fence can play a safety protection role in a traffic accident.
     
     
     
    Different barrier columns have different requirements for the burial depth. The burial depth of the columns must meet the national regulations or design requirements to ensure the normal functioning of the safety fence.
     
     
     
    Based on the nondestructive testing technology of shock wave, the steel guardrail column buried depth impact elastic wave detector developed by our company can quickly and accurately detect the buried depth of the wave beam steel guardrail column buried in soil / concrete. Is currently the only effective non-destructive testing instrument for steel fence post depth detection.

    High test accuracy: The average measurement error is better than ± 4% or no more than ± 8cm, and the resolution of the tester for the test length is not less than 1cm.
