    Project content
     
    (I) New Engineering Construction Project
     
    It is proposed to establish 3 projects. It is mainly aimed at colleges and universities that specialize in civil engineering, road and bridge engineering, rail transit, artificial intelligence and other related fields. It takes "artificial intelligence detection and monitoring technology" as its core, and uses advanced detection products and technologies as its basis to assist in the development of new engineering models and practice. Focusing on the new concept, new structure, new model, new quality, and new system of engineering inspection education reform, support universities to establish high-quality specialty non-destructive testing, Internet of things monitoring, and intelligent testing majors. Cooperate with universities to develop new engineering disciplines and cultivate innovative, skilled, and application-oriented talents.
     
    (2) Reform Projects of Teaching Content and Curriculum System
     
    It is proposed to establish 3 projects. The teaching content and curriculum reform projects will focus on engineering detection, intelligent detection, and Internet of Things monitoring and other related technologies, and support universities in these areas to focus on upgrading detection-related technologies and products to carry out curriculum construction and teaching reforms, and build a batch of high-tech Quality, sharable curriculum resources and teaching reform programs around Shengtong testing products and equipment.
     
    (3) Teacher training programs
     
    It is proposed to establish 3 projects. Focusing on the current technical hotspots in the industry of detection and monitoring, to help improve the level of technology and curriculum construction of front-line teaching teachers. Three training courses for teachers were held, focusing on nondestructive testing, intelligent testing, IoT monitoring, and system software development.
     
    (IV) Practice conditions and practice base construction projects
     
    Five projects are planned to be established. Mainly around the "Artificial Intelligence Testing and Monitoring Technology Innovation Center" and "Intelligent Detection System Innovation Research Center" projects, building joint laboratories or training platforms with full-time institutions of higher learning, and providing experimental manuals and experiments for supporting laboratory technology platforms Cases to promote industry-academia collaboration and deep integration. At the same time, the laboratory or platform can also be used as a technical platform for teaching content and curriculum reform projects and teacher training projects to carry out related course discussions and technical training.     Third, the declaration conditions

    (2) Reform Projects of Teaching Content and Curriculum System
     
    The results should be composed of the curriculum content and typical teaching cases to form a teaching reform plan with reference and practical value. At the same time, the teaching reform plan should be open and shared. The education reform plan needs to include complete development materials, and is not limited to publishing education reform papers.
     
    The declaration requirements are as follows:
     
    1. The application course should be related to "Engineering Inspection" or "Artificial Intelligence", and it is required that the course has been opened for at least 1 year. Do not accept courses that have no previous foundation;
     
    2. The arrangement for applying for class hours should be no less than 16 class hours, and the average number of classes per year should be no less than one. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to the application of courses with large benefits;
     
    3. Priority is given to supporting engineering detection, monitoring, and artificial intelligence hardware platforms.
     
    (3) Teacher training programs
     
    Build a teacher training center led by engineering non-destructive testing and intelligent testing, and organize teacher training and course construction seminars in cooperation with partner universities. Priority will be given to those who meet the following conditions:
     
    1. Instruct students to participate in or intend to participate in non-destructive testing competitions, including the "Student Cup" student non-destructive testing skills competition;
     
    2. The hardware conditions of demonstration centers at all levels are preferred; teachers from engineering training centers are encouraged to participate.
     
    (IV) Practice conditions and practice base construction projects
     
    It mainly focuses on establishing a joint laboratory of "Engineering Detection and Monitoring Technology Innovation Center" and "Intelligent Detection Technology Innovation Research Center" to promote the integration of production and learning, and at the same time, conducts course discussions and technical training with the laboratory as a training base. Priority will be given to those who meet the following conditions:
     
    1. Courses in testing, monitoring, and artificial intelligence have been or will be offered, such as "highway testing technology major", "engineering testing technology major", etc .;
     
    2. The declared laboratory has become a school, municipal or provincial excellent course construction project will be given priority consideration;
     
    3. The software and hardware conditions of the laboratory are mature and distinctive. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to laboratory applications with large benefits.
     
    Note: Each teacher can only apply for one of the above items, and multiple applications are not encouraged.
     
    Construction requirements
     
    1. The following tasks must be completed when initiating a new engineering construction project:
     
    (1) Form a complete teaching and training system around Shengtuo detection technology and products.
     
    (2) Require courses in engineering inspection or intelligent inspection, or establish corresponding majors / directions.
     
    2. The reform of teaching content and curriculum system must complete the following tasks:
     
    (1) Course outline, including specific course time allocation, chapters, experiments, and exercise descriptions;
     
    (2) Teachers' lesson plans: provide curriculum-related bibliography, dissertation references, network resources, etc .;
     
    (3) Typical teaching cases: Develop two typical teaching cases around the course teaching content;
     
    (4) Course experiment: experiment description and experimental steps;
     
    (5) The teaching reform plan or execution report may be presented in the form of a dissertation;
     
    (6) If source code, please provide source code file;
     
    (7) Please clearly indicate that it is open and shareable.
     
    All course resources supported by the project are required to be shared and kept updated on the school's own website or related portal sites, such as Xuetang Online, Good University Online, and other platforms, which can be used free of charge by all other schools to promote teaching resource sharing.
     
    3. The project teacher training project must complete the following tasks:
     
    (1) Familiar with supporting upgrade testing equipment and familiar with related product operation processes;
     
    (2) Develop two typical teaching cases based on supporting teaching or monitoring equipment and platforms around the teaching content of the course;
     
    (3) According to the content and progress of the teaching, each chapter is designed to match the teaching experiment with the chapter, and the experimental steps are given;

    4. The project's practical conditions and practice base construction project must complete the following tasks:
     
    (1) The school provides a site with an area of ​​not less than 100 square meters;

    (3) Experiment manual: including specific course time allocation, chapters, experiments, and exercise descriptions;
     
    (4) Experimental cases: Provide no less than 5 typical teaching cases around the course teaching content.
     
    V. Support Measures
     
    It is planned to support 3 teaching content and curriculum system reforms, 3 new engineering projects, 3 teacher training projects, and 5 practice conditions and practice base construction projects. The construction period is one year from the date of project establishment.
     
    1. Funding: Shengtuo Testing plans to support the selected new engineering and education reform projects by 50,000 yuan each, and the proposed teacher training project will be 30,000 yuan each and the construction conditions will be 80,000 yuan each. Financial support.
     
    2. Shengtuo Testing will provide necessary support for the project. During the one-year period of the project, maintain two-way communication and exchanges to promote the smooth progress of the construction project.

            Expert review

    (3) Teacher training programs
     
    Build a teacher training center led by engineering non-destructive testing and intelligent testing, and organize teacher training and course construction seminars in cooperation with partner universities. Priority will be given to those who meet the following conditions:
     
    1. Instruct students to participate in or intend to participate in non-destructive testing competitions, including the "Student Cup" student non-destructive testing skills competition;
     
    2. The hardware conditions of demonstration centers at all levels are preferred; teachers from engineering training centers are encouraged to participate.
     
    (IV) Practice conditions and practice base construction projects
     
    It mainly focuses on establishing a joint laboratory of "Engineering Detection and Monitoring Technology Innovation Center" and "Intelligent Detection Technology Innovation Research Center" to promote the integration of production and learning, and at the same time, conducts course discussions and technical training with the laboratory as a training base. Priority will be given to those who meet the following conditions:
     
    1. Courses in testing, monitoring, and artificial intelligence have been or will be offered, such as "highway testing technology major", "engineering testing technology major", etc .;
     
    2. The declared laboratory has become a school, municipal or provincial excellent course construction project will be given priority consideration;
     
    3. The software and hardware conditions of the laboratory are mature and distinctive. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to laboratory applications with large benefits.
     
    Note: Each teacher can only apply for one of the above items, and multiple applications are not encouraged.
     
    Construction requirements
     
    1. The following tasks must be completed when initiating a new engineering construction project:
     
    (1) Form a complete teaching and training system around Shengtuo detection technology and products.
     
    (2) Require courses in engineering inspection or intelligent inspection, or establish corresponding majors / directions.
     
    2. The reform of teaching content and curriculum system must complete the following tasks:
     
    (1) Course outline, including specific course time allocation, chapters, experiments, and exercise descriptions;
     
    (2) Teachers' lesson plans: provide curriculum-related bibliography, dissertation references, network resources, etc .;
     
    (3) Typical teaching cases: Develop two typical teaching cases around the course teaching content;
     
    (4) Course experiment: experiment description and experimental steps;
     
    (5) The teaching reform plan or execution report may be presented in the form of a dissertation;
     
    (6) If source code, please provide source code file;
     
    (7) Please clearly indicate that it is open and shareable.
     
    All course resources supported by the project are required to be shared and kept updated on the school's own website or related portal sites, such as Xuetang Online, Good University Online, and other platforms, which can be used free of charge by all other schools to promote teaching resource sharing.
     
    3. The project teacher training project must complete the following tasks:
     
    (1) Familiar with supporting upgrade testing equipment and familiar with related product operation processes;
     
    (2) Develop two typical teaching cases based on supporting teaching or monitoring equipment and platforms around the teaching content of the course;
     
    (3) According to the content and progress of the teaching, each chapter is designed to match the teaching experiment with the chapter, and the experimental steps are given;
     
    (4) Please clearly indicate that it is open and shareable.
     
    4. The project's practical conditions and practice base construction project must complete the following tasks:
     
    (1) The school provides a site with an area of ​​not less than 100 square meters;
     
    (2) A high-quality learning and research environment for teaching and experimenting with not less than 30 students;
     
    (3) Experiment manual: including specific course time allocation, chapters, experiments, and exercise descriptions;
     
    (4) Experimental cases: Provide no less than 5 typical teaching cases around the course teaching content.
     
    V. Support Measures
     
    It is planned to support 3 teaching content and curriculum system reforms, 3 new engineering projects, 3 teacher training projects, and 5 practice conditions and practice base construction projects. The construction period is one year from the date of project establishment.
     
    1. Funding: Shengtuo Testing plans to support the selected new engineering and education reform projects by 50,000 yuan each, and the proposed teacher training project will be 30,000 yuan each and the construction conditions will be 80,000 yuan each. Financial support.
     
    2. Shengtuo Testing will provide necessary support for the project. During the one-year period of the project, maintain two-way communication and exchanges to promote the smooth progress of the construction project.
     
    3. At the end of the project, a project review is conducted. The purpose is to summarize the project, consolidate the construction results, and prepare for all schools to openly share the construction results.

            Expert review

            3. Project approval
     
    According to the results of the project review, within the budget arrangement, draw up a list of project approvals, and submit them to the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education for review and record by January 25, 2019.
     
            4. Publicize and organize implementation
     
    The Ministry of Education's Higher Education Department announces the project list to the society. Shengtuo Testing will sign the project agreement with the school where the project leader is located. The project approval cycle is one year, and all work is completed within one year after the project agreement is signed.
     
            5. Acceptance of project conclusions
     
    The person in charge of the project submits the acceptance materials, and Shengtuo Testing establishes an expert review committee to conduct centralized acceptance of the project. After passing the acceptance check, Shengtuo will issue a certificate for the project leader.
