Wu Jiazheng, male, Ph.D., born in 1970, Zigong, Sichuan. Graduated from Tsinghua University in 1995, majoring in Geotechnical Engineering, Department of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering, National Registered Civil Engineer (Geotechnical), Bridge Inspection Engineer, National Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent, Sichuan Province Thousand Talent Plan, Ningbo 3315 Plan Expert, Sichuan Province has outstanding contributions Outstanding expert. He is currently an adjunct professor at Chongqing Jiaotong University and Lanzhou Jiaotong University.
He has long been committed to research on engineering materials and structural testing, health monitoring, and disaster prevention and mitigation technology research. He has hosted a number of international, national, provincial and ministerial research projects, edited monographs and textbooks, and published many academic papers in core journals at home and abroad. He has authorized more than ten invention patents and participated in the compilation of dozens of standards, specifications and regulations.
Scientific research results are widely used in industry benchmarking projects in transportation, railway, construction, water conservancy and many other fields, and have won China Patent Award, Sichuan Science and Technology Progress Award, Dayu Water Conservancy Science and Technology Award, China Highway Society Science and Technology Award, National Municipal Engineering Science and Technology Award and other industries Awards.

About the Ten Thousand People Program
The National High-level Talents Special Support Plan, referred to as the “National Special Support Plan”, also known as the National “Ten Thousand Persons Plan”, is a support plan for domestic high-level talents.
In 2012, 11 departments including the Central Organization Department and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security started implementation. The goal is to select about 10,000 outstanding talents, leading talents and young talents in the fields of natural sciences, engineering technology and philosophy and social sciences within 10 years, and give special support.
The national "ten thousand people plan" system is composed of three levels. The first level is 100 outstanding talents; the second level is 8,000 leading talents, including scientific and technological innovation leading talents, scientific and technological entrepreneurial leading talents, philosophy and social sciences leading talents, and teaching masters; the third level is 2000 young top talents.
