On June 24, 2017, the compilation meeting of "Technical Regulations for Bolt Support of Railway Tunnels" (reported for approval) was successfully held in Jinniu Hotel, Chengdu. The participants of the meeting were the Railway Corporation Identification Center, the Industrial Management Center, the Economic Management Institute, and the Iron Branch There are dozens of experts such as the Institute, Chenglan Company, and the chairman of the company Wu Jiazheng attended the meeting as a member of the compilation team.
This regulation was edited by the China Railway Second Academy, and the company participated in the compilation with the China Railway Southwest Institute, Chengdu Hyundai Wantong Anchor Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Tuqiang Engineering Materials Co., Ltd. As the participating unit of the Regulation, Chairman Wu Jiazheng reported to the participating experts on the compilation process, content and expert opinion handling of the "Anchor Rod Length and Anchor Density Testing" part of the procedure, which was unanimously approved by the participating experts. Subsequently, the participating experts discussed the regulations in detail one by one.
Experts believe that the non-destructive testing technical requirements and relevant regulations for railway tunnel anchors are proposed for the first time in this code, which is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of railway tunnel anchor detection. At the same time, the regulations elaborated the information technology of tunnel anchor construction to make the anchor information traceable, which became an important highlight of this procedure.
As this is the first time this regulation has been compiled, the compilation team has conducted extensive investigations on the construction sites of tunnel anchors in railway, water conservancy and hydropower, coal mines and iron ore industries. The detailed design, construction and testing of the rods have made detailed regulations, which is of great significance to standardize the construction process of the anchor rods and improve the construction quality of the anchor rods.
