    The Smart Rolling Monitoring System (SSFS-ICCC) is mainly for earth and rock filling projects in various types of infrastructure construction. It can remotely monitor the rolling trajectory, rolling rate, and number of rolling parameters of rolling equipment in real time. The proposed compaction value of CEV (Compaction E Value) reflects the phenomenon of "spring soil", local over-hardness (super-large particle size filler) or over-softness in real time, and reflects the compaction uniformity of the entire working surface. Combined with the falling ball detection equipment, the CEV index can be unified with the actual detection parameters. The system can also monitor the truck and loader through the mobile phone APP.     I. System Principle
     
    The vibration compaction tool is used as the loading device. Based on the interaction between the compaction tool and the subgrade, the compaction status of the subgrade is analyzed and evaluated by the reaction force (resistance) of the subgrade structure, thereby achieving continuous compaction quality during the compaction control.
