COMPUTER TOMOGRAPHY
In the medical field, CT (Computer Tomography) is a very effective non-destructive testing technology. The principle of the elastic wave CT we developed is basically the same as that of medical CT.The
difference is that the medium used is elastic wave instead of X-ray.The parameters used are not only attenuation but also wave velocity.
RAPID VISUALIZATION
VIRTUAL MULTI-CHANNEL TECHNOLOGY
By using the virtual multi-channel technology, the 2 channels (one transmission and one reception) that the instrument is equipped with can be expanded to any number of channels (one transmission
and one reception), so as to give full play to the function of the device and further improve the test accuracy.
3D DRAWING TECHNOLOGY
In the previous software's EWR (Elastic Wave Radar) analysis, we have adopted two methods: "three-dimensional drawing of sharpened defects" (Figure 1 below) and "three-dimensional section slice"
(Figure 2 below).
By further optimizing the "three-dimensional drawing of sharpened defects" and optimizing the software at the same time, the "three-dimensional drawing of spectral peaks" for concrete defect detection is formed, as shown below:
"True three-dimensional drawing of spectral peaks" refers to the peaks of the frequency spectrum in the entire depth range (starting depth and ending depth), which are represented on a three-
dimensional map according to their relative amplitude.
VISUALIZATION
This function can comprehensively display information such as the position and size of structural defects, and realize 3D display of rock anchor length and grouting test results.
