REMOTE ONLINE MONITORING OF ROLLER COMPACTION
Through the ball rebound + high-precision positioning module, the detection data is accurately positioned to the construction area, which accurately reflects the true compaction of the construction area.
This system is mainly for the continuous compaction of high-filling projects such as subgrade and pavement. Through the centimeter-level high-precision positioning equipment, it can remotely monitor
the roller's trajectory, vibration frequency, and rolling rate in real time, and automatically calculate the number of rolling passes. Generate a heat map of the number of rolling times, calculate the
proportion of each number of rolling times based on the heat map, and perform real-time processing of leakage and over-milling during the construction process. At the same time, by collecting the
vibration data of the roller and combining with the compaction index of CEV (Compaction E Value) proposed by our company, the compaction situation can be continuously calculated and the cloud
map can be drawn. The CEV value can be calibrated by the falling ball detection equipment, which can greatly improve the CEV value Reliability. In addition, the system can monitor the trajectory of the
material truck through the mobile APP, which can prevent the illegal operation of the material truck and ensure the quality of the filler. After the rolling is completed, the rolling quality can be detected
by the falling ball detection equipment to realize the integrated management of rolling and detection.
